We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your allocated appointment to allow time for you to complete and sign our consultation form. This will help us gain a better understanding of your individual skin concerns. Before commencing the treatment we will discuss and assess the current state of your skin and medical history. If you are visiting us for the first time, it is highly recommended that you book in for a Skin, Scan, Plan prior to your first treatment. This will take an additional 40 minutes and the cost is completely redeemable towards any Defy skincare products of your choice. Please wait 4 weeks post having dermal fillers or Botox before booking in for this treatment. *Note- Pace makers or Metal implants of any kind in the area are a contraindication to this treatment.

Lie back and relax in one of our large, cosy, treatment beds, while we pamper your skin, starting off with a clinical double cleanse of your face, neck and decolletage. Your therapist will then analyse your skin, allowing them to make informed decisions on which products, ingredients sand modality settings will be best suited to target your specific concerns safely. Eye protection will then be comfortably placed over your eyes and your therapist and you will feel a cool gel applied to your jowls where we will then begin to use sublime radio frequency. This will work to heat the dermal layers of your skin lifting and tightening for a youthful appearance. We will then exfoliate your skin with a volcanic pumice physical exfoliant, removing dead skin build up and debris within the surface layers. This will brighten and smoothen your complexion helping to reduce pore blockages. Next, a dual enzyme mask will be applied to your skin where it will be left to dry and tighten, while we treat you to a luxurious hand and arm massage. Once mask is dry, your therapist will perform a gentle lymphatic tapping massage over the top of the mask that will in turn maneuver excess toxins and fluid beneath your skin into drainage points where they can be eliminated. After removal of the mask, an AHA/BHA amino complex peel will be applied to the skin and left for 3-7 minutes, and while waiting, you will you receive a relaxing scalp massage. Upon removal, depending on your skin and concern, another targeted physical exfoliant or spot treatment peel may be utilised in areas of concern. Alternatively your therapist will move forward, applying a soothing, hydrating mask to your skin, and this will be left to treat your skin for approximately 10-15 minutes while you reap the benefits of an LED lamp, which will be placed hovering above your face. In this time you will be treated to a deluxe neck and shoulder massage as your drift away into bliss. On removal of the LED and mask, a serum, eye cream, moisturiser and SPF will be applied completing your treatment.

Depending on which settings and products are used within this treatment there may or may not be downtime. However usually this treatment requires none. Your therapist will thoroughly discuss options, down time and treatment outcomes with you before proceeding. Also dependent on state of the skin and strength of peeling agents used, some may experience minor shedding or breakouts in the week following due to increased cell turnover and toxin removal, this is not a negative outcome, it is simply the skin detoxifying itself and moving into a healthier state. The use of exfoliating agents, acids and topical vitamin A at home is advised to be stopped for 5 days post having this proceedure. Direct sun exposure should also be avoided for 2 weeks following in order to protect the skin. Clients usually notice a brighter, healthier, smoother and more lifted appearance and feel within their skin post treatment. In order maintain your results, you are advised to schedule regular appointments as the layers of the skin generally grow and die off at monthly intervals. In order to prolong and maintain skin health between appointments, following a quality and consistent homecare routine including SPF is imperative.
