Beauty On Rose showcases its latest renovations, now with 60 treatment zones and spa retreat facilities including luxury steam room, floatation tanks and full body LED bed. Located in Essendon, just north of Melbourne’s CBD, is the ultimate beauty and spa destination – Beauty on Rose, a luxurious urban retreat that is proud to call itself Australia’s largest salon, and after a complete renovation and remodel, its state-of-the-art facilities just expanded even further. Founded by owner Catherine Egan in 1995, Beauty on Rose is anything but your typical spa or salon. Its purpose-built facilities, housing over 40 staff, span across over 1400 sqm and include 60 treatment areas, its own department store-style shopping destination with over 100 brands, a boudoir-style pedicure room complete with recliner lounge chairs, luxury steam room, and complimentary off-street parking, just to highlight a few. But it doesn’t stop there.

After being hit by a devastating flood last year and countless COVID-induced lockdowns, Catherine took the opportunity to turn misfortune on its head by completely renovating the Beauty On Rose facilities. This month, the team is proud to unveil their luxurious new spa retreat, making BOR a true one-stop destination for all things beauty and wellness under one roof. The new spa areas include floatation tanks, vichy shower, infrared sauna, and perhaps their biggest drawcard – full body LED. Seeing the immense popularity and evidence-based results of LED light therapy for the face, Beauty On Rose was the first to take delivery of the very latest to hit the industry – the LightStim full body LED bed. Other updates to the design include a number of stunning new treatment rooms, consultation area, and dedicated lash and brow zone. Alongside the exciting new additions to the facilities, the Beauty On Rose service menu has also had a complete makeover, with a renewed focus on skin, targeted facials, and clinical treatment options. As for Beauty On Rose’s famous champagne bar, not to worry – these original facilities remain, so those seeking to really switch off and hit the pause button can do so with a glass of bubbles in hand after a treatment.

Beauty On Rose has a strong and active emphasis on education and training, all of our therapists are qualified Advanced Beauty Therapists, who regularly attends postgraduate training and seminars. We ensure all training is focused on further developing the skills and knowledge of our staff so they can provide you with the most up to date and relevant skincare programs.

I am extremely proud of the team, who I believe are amongst the most gifted and knowledgeable therapists in the beauty industry.
