Before commencing the treatment we will discuss and assess the current state of your skin and medical history. If you are visiting us for the first time it is highly recommended that you book in for a skin, scan, plan prior to your first treatment. This will take an additional 40 minutes and the cost is redeemable towards any Defy skincare of your choice. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your allocated appointment to allow time for you to complete and sign our consultation form. This will help us to get a better understanding of you and your individual skin concerns. LED therapy is not suitable for those who suffer from conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy.

While relaxing in one of our large, cosy treatment beds, we will preform a double cleanse of your skin. If treating the face we will then place protective goggles comfortably over your eyes and choose an LED colour suited to you and your specific needs. The warming lamp will then be placed hovering above your skin for treatment, where it will remain for approximately 12-15 minutes. During this time you will recieve a luxurious hand and arm massage that will allow you to dirft away. On completion we will apply serum, eye cream, moisturiser and sfp chosen by your skin therapist for your individual skin needs.

This treatment requires no downtime and our clients usully notice a fresher, healthier appearance within their skin immediately after their treatment. Following an LED session, some people may experience slight redness due to increased circulation, which tends to resolve within minutes or hours, at most. For best results it is recommend that clients are treated with LED weekly to uphold and maintain skin health or as an add on to their monthly facials. (LED is gentle enough on the skin that it can be used daily).
