There are no restrictions on who can float, the therapy is highly beneficial for athletes, professionals, pregnant women, children, and everyone in between.
How often can I float?
There is no limit as to how many float sessions you want to have. Many clients find having 1 -2 float sessions in a week provide the most benefits.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide everything required to prepare you for your float session and to get ready for the rest of your day like towels, ear plugs, makeup wipes, & organic shower products.
