Our private infrared sauna can be enjoyed on its own or incorporated into any spa experience, and accommodates two if you would like to share. It is an ideal beginning to a facial or massage, warming the muscles and starting the process of slowing down.
Regular clients often book the 45-minute session a couple of times a week to support a detox.

How much is the infrared sauna?
A 45-minute casual session is $55, a 20-minute express is $35, three sessions are $150 and six are $270. Add a second guest for half price.
Can I share the sauna?
Yes. It accommodates two, and a second guest is half price.
Can I add the sauna to a massage?
Yes. A 20-minute infrared sauna is $35 as an add-on, or Detox Me pairs the sauna with a warm-stone massage for $179.
