Detox Me combines the enveloping warmth of our private infrared sauna with a full-body Relax Massage.
Your experience begins in the infrared sauna, giving you time to settle in and allowing the warmth to gently heat the body and muscles before your massage begins.
Then it’s time for your treatment. Move into your private treatment room, settle onto the bed and let your therapist take over with a full-body Relax Massage using warm oils and pressure adjusted completely to you.
The combination is simple. First, the warmth of the infrared sauna. Then, the quiet and touch of your massage.

The heat warms the muscles and starts the detox, so the massage releases more.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. The sauna accommodates two, and we have double treatment rooms for massage.
