Membership Terms and Conditions
The undersigned individual (the Member), hereby indicates their desire to become a member of Beauty on Rose Rebalance, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this gym membership agreement.
The Member attests that they are fully able to participate in an exercise regimen of their design or choosing without undue risk.
Gym Membership Dues
The Member agrees to pay weekly dues, indicated by selecting an option. These dues may be paid by automatic debit or credit card transaction.
Weekly Direct Debits are valid for 1 week (7 days) and are activated on your chosen direct debit start date, automatically renewing every week. Weekly Direct Debits are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals and CANNOT be extended unless you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
Payment will be automatically deducted from your nominated account/card each week (on your chosen day). If payment defaults you will be charged a default fee of $15.
Your agreement is scheduled for 52 weeks to allow you to book classes in advance. This will be paid in weekly instalments. Your agreement will automatically renew after this time.
This gym membership agreement entitles the member to access to Beauty on Rose Rebalance’s facilities so long as all dues are current. Reformer Foundation membership agreement allows the member to access maximum 1 reformer class per day.
Personal training are offered by the gym, but are not included in the member’s membership dues. Beauty on Rose reserves the right to demand additional fees for any personal training that the Member chooses to participate in.
This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Beauty on Rose (Skinworks Enterprise Pty/Ltd) harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.
I agree that Beauty on Rose is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Beauty on Rose or its members & staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Beauty on Rose does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Beauty on Rose staff member.
Gym Rules & Participation
The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while using Beauty on Rose Rebalance’s facilities and equipment.
Additionally, the Member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a fitness facility.
The Member shall not consume drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products on Beauty on Rose’s property.
The Member agrees not to photograph or videotape on Beauty on Rose’s property.
Beauty on Rose reserves the right to revoke the Member’s access if these terms are violated.
Cancellation of Contract
This gym membership may be cancelled by providing written notice to Beauty on Rose to email address: firstname.lastname@example.org . If the gym membership contract is cancelled prior to set contract expiry date – 52 week contract from signing date, the Member agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract.
If the Member must cancel this gym membership contract due to military service or relocation to an area more than 40km from Beauty on Rose’s facility, the Member may cancel without paying the cancellation fee.
Members of Beauty on Rose are available to suspend their contract for 4 weeks per 52 week contract. Suspension must be taken in 1 week blocks and communicated via email to: email@example.com . Medical Certificates are required for additional suspension.
If you have contracted a communicable disease, please ensure you have clearance in writing from your doctor before attending your next class. This is for the safety and well-being of all our clients, staff and customers.
Bookings, Attendance & Payment
A minimum of two people are required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked in advance. If you have not booked into a class, in order to avoid disappointment, please call to check that the classes are taking place, particularly in the early morning and late evening. Studio phones are answered during business hours only.

Payment must be made upon booking, NO exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.
If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list. Due to our 8hr cancellation policy there is movement in the classes. Should a place become available then you will receive either an email or text from us offering you a place in the class. You are under no obligation to take a waitlisted offer, however, we do ask that you respond by notifying us if you can attend or not. If you cannot make it, your place will be offered to the next client. Failure to respond to the waitlist offer will result in a lost session.
Out of consideration for the Trainer, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.
Owners and/or Trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and Owners and/or Trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
You can only attend Reformer Pilates group classes up until you are 15 weeks pregnant. After 15 weeks you can attend
Private 1:1 sessions or a Pilates Pre/Post-natal class (subject to availability). Please refer to Pre/Post-natal information under the FAQ section and provide a completed Authority to Exercise form.
You can only attend Infrared Sauna & Floatation sessions under the written guidance of your Doctor when pregnant.
Sessions are not transferable to another individual and CANNOT under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
Payments are not available using Beauty on Rose vouchers.
Class Packs have a 3 month expiry date from purchase.
Cancellations/Rescheduling classes need to be made more than 8hours prior to your class beginning (morning or evenings). We understand sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studios, therefore, NO exceptions will be made. Late cancellations will incur a lost session or $5 fee for contract members. Our class sizes are small and can fill quickly. This is why our Cancellation Policy exists which all clients must be adhered to:
Group classes: Cancellations need to be made more than 8 hours prior to your class.
Private sessions: A 24hr cancellation policy applies.
2+ no shows in a week, member will lose their privilege to prebook classes in advanced for 1 week. Member will still be able to attend session during this period.
Trainers and classes are subject to change without notice.
Beauty on Rose reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your class outside of the 8 hour time frame or are a no-show/absent from your class you will lose your session.
Payment must be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account, or pay at the time of booking.
This gym membership contract shall be considered binding upon the Member and Skinworks Enterprise T/A Beauty on Rose, and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws in Victoria. Any legal proceedings related to this gym membership contract shall take place in courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.
The below electronically signed party & Skinworks Enterprise Pty/Ltd TA Beauty on Rose hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above. By booking into a class you automatically acknowledge and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
Waiver of Liability for Wellness Rebalance Gym Use
I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs and events held by the Beauty on Rose may expose me to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death.
I/We assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me.
I/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity. I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in.
After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and the Beauty On Rose furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD
HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE the Beauty On Rose, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, contractors, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in the Beauty On Rose training, programs and/or events.
