Beauty On Rose has been developing therapists and beauty professionals since 1995.
Today, our 1,200-square-metre Essendon North destination brings together skin, beauty and spa, with 60 treatment areas and a team working across everything from everyday beauty and signature facials to advanced skin technology and beautiful spa experiences.
That variety creates something we think is incredibly important: You don't have to decide on day one what the rest of your career will look like.

Training has always been part of Beauty On Rose.
One of the biggest gaps in the beauty industry can happen immediately after qualification. You've completed your studies. You're ready to begin your career. And suddenly you're being told you need two or three years' experience before somebody will give you the opportunity to gain it.
Beauty On Rose has always believed there is another way.
Our training and development pathway allows therapists to continue learning while working within the business. You'll build your skills through practical training, theory, mentoring and supervised experience.
Training is broken into modules so you can progressively develop your skills rather than trying to master everything at once. Once you've completed the required training for a treatment, your skills are assessed before that treatment is opened for you to perform independently on Beauty On Rose clients.

Skin
Skin consultation and analysis, OBSERV imaging, peels, microdermabrasion, oxygen infusion, LED, dermaplaning, extractions, advanced facials and personalised homecare; progress into advanced technologies as qualifications and competency develop.
Spa
Massage, pregnancy treatments, body exfoliation, body masks and wraps, Vichy hydrotherapy, steam treatments, spa facials, signature rituals and extended spa experiences.
Beauty
Waxing, Brazilian waxing, hands and feet, Shellac, spray tanning, makeup and the everyday appointments clients return for.
Brows & Lashes
Brow shaping and sculpture, tinting and dye, henna, brow lamination, lash tinting and lash lifting.
Client Experience & Reception
Bookings, customer service, client communication, retail, stock management, appointment coordination and salon systems.
Leadership & Management
Training, leadership, salon operations, team management, recruitment, inductions, performance, systems and business development.

Our development pathway is designed to help newer therapists bridge the gap between qualification and confidently treating clients within a busy, established salon. As your competency grows, more treatments and opportunities can open to you.
